These License Terms govern the use of video content purchased from MTI Aerials. By purchasing or using our footage, you agree to the following terms.
1. License Types

This license is ideal for personal and nonprofit projects.
Permitted Uses:

This license is required for any monetized, client-facing, or promotional use.
Permitted Uses:

You may:
✅ Use in unlimited commercial campaigns
✅ Combine with other footage and branding
✅ Publish on paid platforms or sponsored media
You may NOT:

❌ Use in content that promotes illegal activity
2. General Restrictions (All Licenses)
You may NOT:

Use footage to promote hate, violence, or misinformation
3. Ownership & Copyright
All footage remains the sole property of MTI Aerials. Licensing grants usage rights, not ownership.
4. Delivery Format
Files are delivered digitally via download link in .MP4 or .MOV format. No watermarks on licensed versions.
5. License Termination
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license, with legal consequences if applicable.
