These License Terms govern the use of video content purchased from MTI Aerials. By purchasing or using our footage, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. License Types

This license is ideal for personal and nonprofit projects.

Permitted Uses:

• Personal portfolios and passion projects

• School or student work

• Non-commercial websites or presentations

 

You may:
✅ Edit and publish in non-commercial settings
✅ Post on social media (unpaid)
✅ Use in internal presentations

 

You may NOT:
❌ Use in monetized channels or ads
❌ Resell, redistribute, or upload elsewhere
❌ Use in client projects

 

🔸 Editorial License

This license is for factual, journalistic, or documentary use.

Permitted Uses:

• News segments or articles

• Documentaries and investigative media

• Travel, history, or culture blogs/vlogs with factual storytelling

 

You may:
✅ Use in editorial-only contexts where footage adds informative value
✅ Publish on media sites, YouTube, or broadcast
✅ Use without model or property releases (as long as footage is used truthfully)

 

You may NOT:
❌ Use to advertise or promote products/services
❌ Use in misleading, defamatory, or fictionalized content
❌ Use out of context to misrepresent the location or events

Important: Editorial License does not include rights for advertising or brand promotion.

 

🟠 Commercial License

This license is required for any monetized, client-facing, or promotional use.

Permitted Uses:

• Ads, promotional videos, websites

• YouTube channels with monetization

• Client projects and agency use

 

You may:
✅ Use in unlimited commercial campaigns
✅ Combine with other footage and branding
✅ Publish on paid platforms or sponsored media

 

You may NOT:
❌ Resell the footage or offer it as stock
❌ Share or upload raw files publicly
❌ Use in content that promotes illegal activity

2. General Restrictions (All Licenses)

You may NOT:

• Claim the footage as your own

• Upload to stock platforms (e.g., Shutterstock, Envato)

• Use footage to promote hate, violence, or misinformation​

 

3. Ownership & Copyright

All footage remains the sole property of MTI Aerials. Licensing grants usage rights, not ownership.

4. Delivery Format

​

Files are delivered digitally via download link in .MP4 or .MOV format. No watermarks on licensed versions.

 

5. License Termination

​

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license, with legal consequences if applicable.
